About the event

"What can I recycle now? And why?"

Join Mike Neese, the Winchester City Recycling Coordinator, for an inside perspective on the shifting dynamics of community recycling. Mr Neese will provide specifics on local recycling efforts, as well as relevant information on the national level. He will explain many of the regulatory and market dynamics that have influenced recent changes in recycling options. A time for questions and discussion will be included.
